Expéditions et retours

For his purchases, the customer has the choice between:

  • Collection by appointment in our establishments located at 328 avenue de la Reine in 1020 Brussels -> cash and carry
  • Delivery by carrier for any item whose weight does not exceed 100 kg -> deposit on the sidewalk Administration and packaging costs: <5 kg="" -=""> 15 €> 5 kg -> 35 €
  • Delivery by the Wathelet company with installation on an open ground and sound technical arrivals pending -> on estimate.

The customer has the choice between a payment:

  • Online,
  • By transfer to BE43 2100 9451 1701
  • On site by bancontact or cash payment (<€ 2,500.00).

In all cases, when taking possession of his purchase, he provides proof of debit.
Administrative or packaging costs may be charged depending on the case.

Our products are offered within the limits of available stocks. The photographs reproducing the products are not contractual. Information on product availability comes from our suppliers and is provided to you when you place your order. All errors or exceptional modifications are beyond our control and cannot engage our responsibility. The company Wathelet undertakes to deliver the ordered product even if the code thereof may differ. In case of unavailability of a product, after placing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you can then, if you wish, cancel your order if this delay is greater than 15 working days.

On receipt of your order, we recommend that you check whether the products delivered are in accordance with your order or damaged and indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning them.

Unless otherwise specified by the Customer, the Wathelet company chooses the method of shipping the products. These travel at the risk and peril of the Customer.

Delivery times are indicative. The company Wathelet undertakes in any case to deliver the products within a reasonable time. Consequently, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that in the event of non-compliance with the deadlines indicated at the time of the order, he waives any claim for damages for delay and / or to request the cancellation of the sale.

The Customer must, upon receipt, ensure that the packages are in good condition and make the usual reservations with the carrier in accordance with the forms and legal deadline of the Commercial Code. Please note that the words "subject to control" or "subject to unpacking" have no legal value with carriers or insurers.

The Customer is obliged to provide proof of any missing or damaged product.

An order for items not available in stock may be subject to a longer delivery period or cancellation, if agreement is given by the company Wathelet.

The transfer of risks takes place ex warehouse. In the event of delay, Wathelet cannot be held liable for any reason whatsoever. It will propose a new deadline without the customer being able to demand a price reduction or damages.

If a parcel is not received within the time limits indicated, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, the company Wathelet will not be able to make any decision as to the follow-up to be given to the Customer's order.

If the products received do not comply with the invoice, the Customer must notify Wathelet immediately or at the latest within three days from receipt of the order. A copy of the invoice must be attached to the Customer's complaint.

Any complaint relating to the quality of a product must be accompanied by a specimen of the article containing the reported defect, and to the extent that it is necessary to prove the facts, a sample of the same product in its original packaging. 'origin bearing the references useful for identification. No complaint will be accepted if the conditions indicated above are not respected.

The products can only be returned after prior written agreement from the company Wathelet. Products returned in their original packaging must be sent to Wathelet, postage paid.

Products returned in their original packaging must be in perfect condition, and carefully packaged in their original packaging with all accessories, without any modification of their references or serial numbers; they must keep their label intact, as well as their seals or marks allowing the resale of these products. The products must be returned to the Wathelet return center: 328 avenue de la Reine - 1020 Brussels.

In the event of a return without “justification”, the Wathelet company will be obliged to refuse it.
