ADVANTAGE
The specially deep-drawn TOP will allow the baskets to be drained easily, as well as contain any oil spillage. The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, completely welded (continuous). A suitable cold zone is created on the bottom of the tank, guaranteeing the quality and durability of the cooking oils.
