• Plate (12mm) , cast iron stove, heating resistors in the bottom set automatically.
• Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool.
• Control via control switch with 7 positions (for each zone), with indicator light.

ADVANTAGE:

• One large stove, but with different zones, each with "different" temperatures from (+/-) 80 to 450°C, ideal for simmering.
• Maintenance of the temperature in function of the plates, even without using them (without recipient).
